    Delegate Nelson moves to amend the House Judiciary Committee Amendment in §3-3-2A on page two, on line four, following the word “section” by inserting the following:

“; provided, however, that no other locations for early voting may be designated in any county having, either in whole or part, a district of the West Virginia House of Delegates containing more than one member of that House.”
